Corn Maze.

Over the weekend Mister Brandt and I had some family travel to town!  First, one of his brothers and wife came to watch what our church calls General Conference, where the President of our church and many other church leaders speak to church members all around the world.  Though it's not only for members of the church, everyone is invited to watch and listen!  Here is a link to the LDS website.  You can watch the conference sessions, read the talks, just listen, whatever you want!  It's very uplifting and exciting to hear from the leaders of our church.

In between conference sessions on Saturday Mister Brandt, his parents, his brother and wife, and I all went to a farm that has a few corn mazes.  I've never been to a corn maze before, so I was pretty excited to finally take part in this fun fall activity... and it was fun... but I'll admit, there was a couple of minutes where I wanted to charge through the corn stalks.  Who cares about finishing the dumb maze, I just want to get out!  But I pushed those thoughts away and worked with my Mister Brandt and his parents and we found the finish!

So happy to be finished!  And finished before his older brother!  hehe

What interesting shapes these plants make.

This is before we all split up.

Along the way we bumped into Pop Pop and Grandma Sue again!  This time we stuck together.  We figured we had a better chance of getting out if we worked together.

And we made it!  Just a little tired.

Mister Brandt and I :)

There were a bunch of hay bales outside the maze and these kids were climbing all over them.

So naturally, I joined them.  And Mister Brandt documented.

Hopping over the bales!

Nailed it.

Bill and Kristen finally made it out!

Isn't Virginia beautiful?

Love it.
